In order to streamline our appointment times and make our service more efficient for you, we are launching our new online confidential client Intake Form to be filled out and sent back to us prior to your first appointment. This will assist us in preparing for your visit and shorten your time here at the clinic. Please check out our new form ready for you to download.

To accommodate travelers during peak winter travel season, we are introducing a couple of part time nurses to assist with some extra hours and some Saturday appointments. As you can see, we have been busy preparing for your adventures whether it is business or leisure travel. Enjoy the site!
